Delegations
Trade missions, investor visits, partner summits. Usually short notice, usually senior, usually with a fixed date that was set by someone else.
Corporate mobility & HR
Corporate travel breaks at the seams between vendors: the visa agent, the travel desk, the insurance broker and the person chasing all three. We hold the whole seam, work to your policy, and bill it once.
What we are asked for
Different in detail, identical in structure: a date somebody else set, a group that has to be on it, and a documentation problem standing in between.
Trade missions, investor visits, partner summits. Usually short notice, usually senior, usually with a fixed date that was set by someone else.
Engineering teams to a plant, a supplier or an installation window. The date is a production date, which means it is not a date that moves.
Contingents of ten to eighty with staggered arrivals, split hotels and a hard show-open date. Interview-waiver audits usually pay for themselves here.
Multi-month assignments needing work or long-stay categories, permit groundwork and a travel plan that survives a permit delay.
Cohorts to a parent company or a partner for structured training. Repeatable, seasonal, and worth templating once rather than rebuilding each quarter.
Individual moves that still need the full documentation apparatus — blocked accounts, insurance, dependants and a landing plan.
How we plug in
Nothing here requires your team to adopt a new tool, learn a portal or change an approval chain. We fit the shape you already have.
We work to yours
Cabin class rules, preferred carriers, advance-purchase windows and approval thresholds are loaded once and applied to every quote you receive.
One PO, one invoice
A group file is a single purchase order and a single consolidated invoice, with a per-traveller breakdown attached for internal recharge.
Net 30, consolidated
Corporate accounts move to a monthly billing cycle after the first file. Consular and government fees are passed through at cost with receipts.
Traveller-level records
Itinerary, insurance, emergency contact and consular reference held per traveller and exportable to your risk platform on request.
Your workflow, not ours
Quotes are issued in the format your approvers already read. We do not ask your team to learn a portal to book a flight.
A named person, a real number
Every account has a named manager and a named backup, both reachable directly. No shared inbox, no ticket queue.
Service commitments
These go into the services agreement rather than sitting on a website. If we miss one, you hear about it from us first.
Open an accountReporting
Every quarter you receive a spend and outcome pack: files by category and destination, approval rates, cost per traveller, fare savings against market at time of booking, and any exceptions raised against policy.
Questions from corporates
Usually alongside it. Most corporate travel management companies are excellent at individual bookings and thin on group visa work. We take the visa file and the group block; your TMC keeps everything else. We are comfortable being the specialist rather than the incumbent.
Yes, for accounts we hold. Group pricing starts at ten, but a named account gets the same desk for a one-person business visa.
For business categories with interview waiver eligibility, often inside two weeks. Where an interview is required, the honest answer depends entirely on appointment supply at the post — and we will give you that answer on day one rather than day twenty.
A signed services agreement, your travel policy, a billing contact and a nominated approver. First file can usually start the same week.
Yes, on relocation and long-assignment files. Dependant documentation is built into the same checklist rather than treated as an afterthought.
Start a file
Most corporate accounts start with one awkward group that nobody wants to own. Give us that one, and judge us on how it goes.
