Germany is the most systematic of our three destinations. Every requirement is published, and every requirement is checked. What trips cohorts up is order of operations — the APS certificate, the blocked account and the insurance each gate the next step, and an appointment booked before they exist is an appointment wasted.
The shape of the year
For Indian students, Germany combines low tuition with a mandatory pre-verification step that no other destination has. For corporates, the Schengen business route is dependable if the invitation and cover are correct. Both reward a checklist culture, which is what we are.

Schengen (Type C) — business
Meetings, trade fairs, training, short site visits
Up to ninety days in any one-hundred-and-eighty-day period. Invitation letter and cover are what the decision turns on.

Where files fail
Four ways a Germany cohort loses a season.
Every one of these has cost someone a semester. They are cheap to avoid and expensive to fix.
APS is the true start of the timeline
Indian students cannot file without it, and it is not fast. A cohort that treats APS as a post-admission formality will miss a winter semester.
The blocked account figure changes
The required annual amount is revised periodically. We confirm the current figure at file opening and again before funding, because an underfunded account is a refusal.
Two complete sets, exactly as specified
National visa applications require duplicate sets assembled in a defined order. Consulates return incorrectly assembled files, and the next appointment is weeks away.
Insurance must be valid from the date of entry
Travel cover that starts on the semester date rather than the arrival date is rejected. This is a one-line fix that costs cohorts entire slots.
